I have officially started my "Get Fit" routine! This morning I got up extra early and headed to the dance studio for my first ever ZUMBA class. It was sooo much fun!!! I definitely felt the burn and will probably feel it more tomorrow! haha Love that I found this awesome dance workout class!
I also found a new gym across the street that offers all kinds of classes too! I'm planning on going over there this week to find out what it is all about and see the classes they offer. My goal is to work out 3-4 times a week for at least 1 hour everyday, which is the length of most classes.
